Receiving the disinfecting agent – hypochlorite of sodium (GPHN) of brand A on the MBE installations. Hypochlorite of sodium is formed at absorption by alkali of the chlorine which turned out in the course of electrolysis of table salt.

For realization of such process the additional equipment is installed: after a tank of the store of alkali it is in addition entered, so-called, circulating knot of hypochlorite of sodium (consists of the circulating capacity, the titanic heatexchange device and the chemical pump). Process of receiving hypochlorite of sodium proceeds as follows: the caustic which is formed in a cathodic chamber rubbed through a tank the alkali store (where there is its partial cooling to ambient temperature) moves in the circulating capacity of hypochlorite of sodium and further in the heat exchanger by means of the pump. The heat exchanger represents the kozhukhotrubchaty » device a pipe in a pipe» and is intended for cooling of a catholyte (or GPHN). A coolant is water. The set level of temperature is necessary for course of reactions of formation of hypochlorite of sodium with the maximum exit. In a circulating contour there is an additional cooling of a caustic natr (temperature of storage of ready hypochlorite of sodium should not exceed 30 °C); further alkali moves in the ejector where mixes up with the arriving chlorine. The hypochlorite of sodium formed as a result of reaction comes back to a circulating contour for cooling. At achievement of necessary concentration hypochlorite of sodium is pumped over in GPHN tank store. From a tank hypochlorite of sodium of the set concentration can go on the pipeline directly to points of dispensing or be transported by means of motor transport in intermediate capacities.
